The IT department plays a critical role in providing technology support throughout the organization.
Summary
Med One Group is seeking a dependable, self-motivated individual to work in our IT Department as an IT Help Desk/Jr. Systems Administrator. This is a full time, non- exempt position reporting to the Director of IT.
Essential Functions
- This individual will be responsible to oversee the daily performance of Med One Group’s computer systems
- Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems
- Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors
- Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
- Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications
- Maintain records of daily problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities
- Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support
- Develop Training materials and procedures, or train users in the proper use of hardware or software

Travel

Required Education and Experience
- High School Graduate
- 1-2 years technical school or college experience working with computer systems. Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal attributes
- Experience working in a team-oriented atmosphere
Salary : $39,100 - $49,500
