Overall, Purpose of The Job: As a Production Manager, you will ensure that both new and refurbished kits are fabricated efficiently, on time, and within budget, while meeting quality standards. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing resources, including production associates and equipment, while collaborating with senior management to monitor production output and costs. Continuous process improvement and compliance with established standards and regulations are key to this ro
le.
Key Responsibilit
- ies:
Production Oversight: Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet targets and deadlines. Monitor progress, ensure quality standards, and resolve issues to ensure timely completion of t - asks.Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, train, and manage the production team. Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and provide guidance and support. Conduct performance evaluations and foster a culture of teamwork and collabora
- tion.Training and Development: Work with the Senior Operations Manager to develop and implement training programs. Partner with Quality and HR to ensure staff complete required trai
- ning.Communication: Maintain regular communication with management, quality control, IT, logistics, and the production team to ensure smooth workflow and collabora
- tion.Cost Control: Assist with managing production costs through workflow and schedule optimiza
- tion.Quality, Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and protocols. Implement and monitor quality initiatives to meet safety requirem
