Medallion Post Acute Care in Colorado Springs, CO, is a skilled nursing facility with long term care, post-acute rehab, and geriatric outpatient therapy services provided. We are seeking a PT to work with our patients in our Long Term Care and ALF/ILF settings.

Licensed Physical Therapist
