We are on the lookout for a dedicated Salesforce Administrator to join our Sales Operations team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a vital role in automating complex business processes and ensuring that our Salesforce system is clean, efficient, and aligned with Salesforce best practices.


Responsibilities:

As a Salesforce Administrator at MedBridge, you will:

  • User and License Management: Manage user onboarding, deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
  • End User Support: Assist end users with Salesforce functionalities, including setup, training, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Data Management: Handle duplicate data, data aging, accuracy, and ensure data completeness within the system.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Implementation Teams to enhance the qualified lead process, distribution, and management.
  • System Configuration: Configure new and existing functionality, such as user management, custom objects, page layouts, validations, flows, reports, and dashboards.
  • Impact Assessment: Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and its integration with upstream and downstream applications.
  • Technical Development: Perform technical analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications with customization as needed.
  • Integration Support: Support integrations across the Salesforce ecosystem and related systems 
  • Solution Building: Build solutions on the Salesforce.com platform using configuration and administrative techniques.
  • Defect Resolution: Troubleshoot and fix defects for planned releases and production issues. 
  • Best Practice Implementation: Research and identify opportunities to apply SFDC best practices and guidelines to improve system productivity, scaling, and monitoring.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with software developers and technical program managers to gather requirements and implement appropriate solutions within the Salesforce platform.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 years of Salesforce Administration experience, with a minimum of 2 years in Salesforce Lightning and Sales Cloud.
  • Proven work experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is required. One of the following certifications is required: Platform App Builder, Advanced Administration, Sales Cloud Consultant.
  • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and its integrations.
  • Proficiency in creating dashboards and customized applications to support internal and customer-facing Salesforce environments.
  • Ability to effectively leverage Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities to meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Experience working in an agile and dynamic environment to respond to changing project requirements and customer objectives.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Mac OS.
  • Experience implementing and configuring Salesforce-connected apps such as DataLoader, RingLead, Stripe, VLocity, Salesforce CPQ, and Service Cloud.

Salary Range: $80,000-$85,000


At MedBridge, salary ranges are assigned to a job based on 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within this range is informed by the candidate's skills, capabilities and experience.
