Implementation Specialist

Job Description The Implementation Specialist provides support for the implementation and maintenance of client engagements. This role provides a high level of customer-focused service, with responsiveness, quality and technical expertise for client satisfaction. The Specialist supports MRC customers, clients as well as other business partners. Job Responsibilities Provides first level support for VMS tool or supporting technologies post implementation, and refers service tickets Responds to emails from employees and customers seeking help Requests and analyzes custom reports prior to their release Updates data changes within the VMS tool, reviews, and understands MSP contract obligations Audits the tool to ensure account set up, billing, service levels, and subcontractor invoices and billing are in compliance Works with all corporate departments supporting MSP accounts including AV contracts for amendments and supporting subcontractors; payroll and reimbursement to insure access to the technology Coordinates day-to-day non-technical functions in support of MRC leadership and SME Coordinates complete and timely client specific dashboards, data analytics and other documentation in preparation for Client Touchpoint calls and to support key client achievements and requirements Develops project plans to include tracking action items, tasks, and timelines Provides, implements, and carries out company and department policies Education High School Diploma / GED | Required Bachelor's Degree | Preferred Key Skills Solid understanding of project management tools such as Access, Visio, etc Verifiable strength in providing customer-focused support, emphasizing quality and responsiveness. Proficiency in MS Word and an advanced level of knowledge with Excel.
