What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dually Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC)/ Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) position at Medfamily Wellcare Center?

We are seeking a full-time, dual-licensed LCPC and Licensed Addictions Counselor to join our behavioral health team at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Hamilton, MT.

Provide mental health and substance use disorder services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and individual counseling in a primary care setting.
Collaborate with medical providers to support comprehensive, whole-person care.
Serve diverse, underserved populations in a mission-driven environment focused on community wellness.
Require Montana licensure (LCPC and LAC) and at least 1 year of addiction counseling experience.
Position is grant-funded, with employment contingent on funding renewal.
