Speech-Language Pathologist, PRN

We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist for a PRN position at a skilled nursing facility. The role involves evaluating, treating, and documenting patient progress to restore and maintain functional abilities, with a focus on meaningful daily tasks.

Requirements Include

• At least 2 years of skilled nursing facility experience
• GA Speech Language Pathologist Licensure
• CPR certification
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Screening, evaluating, and treating patients insured by Medicare, Medicaid, or private payers
• Accurate documentation and billing
• Participating in care conferences and team meetings
• Providing caregiver training and collaborating with other staff
• Performing additional duties as needed
  
  

The position offers up to $60/hour with a flexible schedule. In-person work is required.
