What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intake Coordinator (HOME HEALTH) position at Medi Nurse Home Care?

The primary responsibility for this position is to execute timely intake processes on all referrals including Medicare and other insurance eligibility verifications.
 

Education and Experience: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 

  • At least two years’ HOME HEALTH scheduling experience. 

 
Must be a RN / LPN.

  • Home Healthcare staffing experience A MOST
