What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Inserter (Warehouse Worker) position at Media News Group?
Summary:
This is a busy newspaper warehouse and mailroom position. We are looking for a self-starter and quick learner to join our team at your local newspaper.
What you will do:
- Assist supervisor in staging and preparing skid for insertion
- Feeding inserts into SLS inserter
- Reports to mailroom supervisors and or manager
- Assist Supervisor in loading and unloading truck of inserts
- Assist logging inserts into Web Exchange program
- Clean up after shift
What you will bring:
- Basic understanding of operating instructions and processes for machines
- Organizational Skills, flexibility, and a positive attitude
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- The ability to work the night shift
