We are seeking a Programmatic Strategist who will play a key role in our future growth plans.Job DescriptionThe Digital Programmatic Strategist manages programmatic campaigns end-to-end, from activation and optimization to performance analysis and reporting. This role requires hands-on DSP experience and a strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to drive measurable results across a variety of digital channels.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize programmatic campaigns across CTV, online video, display, streaming audio, podcasts, DOOH, and emerging formatsExecute and manage programmatic deals (PMP, preferred, and PG), including setup, monitoring, and optimizationEnsure accurate campaign setup, QA, pacing, and troubleshooting to meet client goals and KPIsPartner with Ad Operations to implement tracking, brand safety, and suitability controlsAnalyze performance, generate insights, and support client reporting and presentationsEvaluate inventory quality and apply supply optimizations to improve efficiency and outcomesStay current on programmatic trends, tools, and partners; support internal and client educationCollaborate closely with team members to support shared goalsSkills & Experience3-5 years of hands-on programmatic experience using DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon)Strong experience with deal setup, optimization, troubleshooting, and reportingExperience managing campaigns across CTV, OLV, Display, Native, DOOH, and Streaming AudioDetail-oriented with strong QA and campaign management skillsAnalytical mindset with comfort working in Excel and performance dataStrong written and verbal communication skillsAd trafficking experience (Google Campaign Manager, Innovid) a plusOrganized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment*A detailed description of the role, including responsibilities and qualifications, can be found in the attached job description.* Our office is located in Sandy Hook, Connecticut. While we maintain a highly flexible work culture for all, our local candidates are encouraged to use our updated office space in Sandy Hook, CT which allows you to take part in our office culture and team development that naturally occurs in office. In addition, if you need to take a break from work, there is a beautiful waterfall and serene stream just outside our front door. Candidates from outside the local area who are able to work during our core East Coast office hours, 8:30am-5:30pm Eastern, are encouraged to apply. Our team working remotely is invited to the office a minimum of two times per year for our Summer Party and again for the Holiday Party. Salary : $84,500 - $97,300
