Medic Ambulance is a local, family-owned Ambulance company serving the citizens of Northern California since 1979. We operate in numerous counties across several operational divisions across the region. Medic Ambulance is looking for a payroll generalist to join our team!
Primary Duties include:
- Preparing Time Keeping Records
- Updating Payroll Spreadsheets
- Input data into Paylocity
- Generating Reports
- Check for and correct discrepancies
- Scan, File, and Maintain various records and documents into electronic files
- Assist with miscellaneous audits and tasks
Required Qualifications:
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding personal information
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to perform basic and intermediate calculations
- Ability to type 35 wpm or greater
- High School Diploma or GED or higher
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Paylocity
- Familiarity with ESO
- 2-4 years experience in payroll processing
