A. Essential Duties

1. Successfully execute ongoing strategy to increase facility memberships through new and existing prospects.
2. Use knowledge of our value-added services to market to Medicare recipients in the communities we serve.
3. Maintain a calendar of outreach activities, including tabletop events, patient community events, workshops, appearances, and other communication opportunities. Examples include health fairs, school events, charity events, conferences, networking events, etc.
4. Plan activities to maximize territory coverage for new patient leads.
5. Communicate and negotiate contractual agreements with venues to host outreach events.
6. Achieve monthly production goal of at least 8 new patient enrollees in a Medicare advantage health plan or fee for service plan.
7. Maintain an accurate referral source contact list and follow up with all leads and referral sources in a timely manner.
8. Serve as a point of contact for new patients, by welcoming them and creating their first patient appointment into the Electronic Medical Record system.
9. Ensure accuracy of patient information that is entered into the database.
10. Personally, address client concerns, questions, or issues and proactively follow-up clients and staff involved; collaborate with management to work towards better execution.
11. Log all new patient leads into Infusionsoft to track leads to determine productivity and eligibility for commission. Infusionsoft will determine where the patient lead was obtained, if the lead reported to an agent, and if the lead signed up to one of the company’s Medicare or fee for service plans.
12. Submit monthly leads report to Patient Service Manager.
13. Build and maintain successful partnerships with senior affinities within the marketing territory.
14. Effectively leverage resources to create exceptional outcomes, embrace change and constructively resolve barriers and constraints.

B. Additional Duties

1. Assists and covers other staff when necessary to maintain high productivity and efficiency in the department.

2. As the company continues to grow, additional responsibilities that are essential for the department to be successful will be assigned accordingly.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelors’ Degree from an accredited college or university, with major in business, marketing, health care or related field preferred. A comparable amount of experience would be acceptable.


Experience:

  • Experience in meeting planning and event coordination.
  • Experience in medical field is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of government CMS regulatory requirements is preferred.
  • Computer literate: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) required.
  • eClinicalWorks electronic medical records system knowledge a plus.
  • Bilingual Spanish required
