We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development and Sales Manager to join our growing RCM(Medical Billing Company). In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with healthcare providers, promoting our Tech driven Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions, and driving overall sales growth. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that position our brand as a leading medical billing partner.
Key Responsibilities:Business Development
- Identify and research potential healthcare clients (private practices, clinics, physician groups, etc.).
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage prospective clients.
- Conduct discovery meetings and present tailored solutions based on client needs.
Sales
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Prepare customized proposals and pricing models for potential clients.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records of client interactions, proposals, and sales progress.
Marketing
- Collaborate with internal marketing team (or agencies) to create sales collateral, case studies, digital campaigns, and webinars.
- Attend healthcare and medical industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
- Analyze marketing data to refine messaging and improve lead conversion.
- Assist in developing content strategies (e.g., blogs, newsletters, LinkedIn posts) to promote brand awareness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 3 years of proven experience in business development or sales within medical billing, RCM, healthcare SaaS, or healthcare services.
- Deep understanding of RCM processes, healthcare revenue cycle challenges, and industry regulations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital marketing tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Existing relationships with healthcare providers or industry contacts.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, insurance verification, claims management, and reimbursement processes.
- Ability to develop tailored sales strategies based on market segments (specialty practices, surgery centers, etc.).
