Paid Training: Next training class: 06/17/2024
Paid training is held in the classroom of our Farmington Hills training facility. In- clinic training will follow.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consult with prospective patients. Learn and understand their weight goals and habits and design one of MWLC’s programs to meet their needs.
- Conduct daily visits with existing patients. Provide individualized guidance, suggestions, and motivation where necessary for maximum benefit of their program.
- Educate patients on various company products that will enhance their success.
- Assist clinic manager and staff with daily tasks for optimum clinic performance.
- Can work independently without directive.
Qualifications:
- Must have a genuine interest in weight loss and nutrition and be passionate about living a healthy lifestyle, as well as maintaining a professional appearance that reflects lifestyle choices.
- Possess active listening skills that are essential to develop customized strategies per individual needs.
- Be able to deliver outstanding customer service and offer quality guidance while being sympathetic to the patient’s needs.
- Be goal oriented and motivational to help others achieve goals.
Clinic hours of operation:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Tuesday/Thursday 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
Saturday 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
*Must be available every other Saturday*
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
