Join Team AMT! Now hiring for full-time Mechanic to serve our East and Medics First markets in Champaign and Springfield, Illinois.
Advanced Medical Transport (AMT) is the premier provider of emergency and scheduled ambulance services in Central and Western Illinois, as well as parts of Iowa. AMT is a private, not-for-profit organization operated for community benefit.
Our Mechanic serving both Medics First and AMT East will work from our Medics First location in Springfield, IL while also supporting our team in Champaign, IL.
Job Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance on AMT fleet vehicles
- Responsible for medium to heavy repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair 12V electronics
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of automotive experience.
Formal Automotive Education
Clean driving record
Ability to work independent
Ability to effectively communicate
