Your Mission:
To assist in financial activities for Medidata Solutions, including billing operations, invoicing and cash collections. To ensure success in this role, the candidate must be diligent, detail-oriented, and willing to adapt to a constantly fast-paced and changing environment. This role is critical to the success of the finance organization and its assistance in evaluating contract language, ensuring the accuracy of billing schedules, and accountable customer-facing communication on behalf of Medidata Solutions.
Implements billing operations to maximize effectiveness and accuracy.
Audits the accuracy of billing information entered in the system and monitors the operation of the billing systems.
Develops solutions to billing issues and works with systems design to implement new features.
