Position: Nurse Practitioner
Schedule: 4 Hours per Week, Any Weekday
Location: Marlboro County Detention
Pay Rate: $70 per hour; Independent Contractor
Responsibilities:

Respect confidentiality of patient medical information/history

Conduct H&Ps; order appropriate pharmaceutical or non-pharmaceutical interventions as indicated by diagnoses

Lead other healthcare professionals by example and provide excellence in patient care

Provide on-call services as assigned by the facility and/or company needs
Qualifications
-
Active South Carolina licensure as APRN or CNS
-
Board Certified as FNP, AGNP, or ENP by an organization recognized by the State of South Carolina for licensure purposes

Current DEA Registration
-
Active CPR/BLS certificate required (American Heart Association/American Red Cross guideline approved) prior to start date
-
Obtain Security Clearance by the Sheriff's Department that oversees jail operations
