Achieve & Exceed Sales Targets – Drive revenue growth by engaging clients and promoting value-added compliance solutions .Build & Manage Client Relationships – Serve as a trusted advisor , ensuring clients receive exceptional service and long-term support .Consultative & Value-Based Selling – Identify client needs, explain contract terms , and position MedPro Disposal’s solutions as the best fit .Customer Retention & Growth – Monitor client accounts for churn risks and proactively enhance customer engagement .Problem-Solving & Negotiation – Address client concerns , resolve service issues, and negotiate win-win solutions .CRM & Data Management – Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system to track interactions and sales progress .Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with operations, billing, collections, and sales teams to deliver top-tier client solutions .Qualifications
Sales & Account Management Experience – 2 years in sales, account management, or business development .Education – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (but not required).Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven – Strong CRM proficiency and the ability to leverage data for client engagement .Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills – Ability to engage decision-makers, explain complex solutions, and close deals .Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented – You thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments and love hitting targets .Passion for Client Success – A commitment to delivering top-tier service and building long-term relationships .Application Process
