We are seeking positive individuals to join our growing team of first responders to answer all emergent and non-emergent phone calls. This is an entry level position where we will help you develop a clear understanding of how to properly enter required data from all calls into the Computer Aided Dispatch system, communicate professionally, empathetically and efficiently during all calls and meet expectations while providing the highest level of customer service to our patients, contracted facilities and partner hospitals.

Qualifications
- Previous call center or dispatch experience preferred.
- High School diploma required.
- Must possess strong communication skills, both verbally and written.
- Must have the ability to work and multi-task in a stressful environment.
- Able to work as a team as well as independently.
Testing is required to measure the following skills
- Must possess strong typing skills.
- Must exhibit strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
