Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls.
- Assist callers in a positive and helpful manner.
- When possible, handle or resolve simple/common driver or client issues instead of escalating to a supervisor.
- Accurately schedule and data enter trips for clients, facilities, brokers via telephone, fax, and email.
- Monitor reservation folders to ensure trips have been entered in a timely manner.
- Inbox MUST be zeroed out daily.
- Gather and document information to pass to a supervisor when receiving a complaint or compliment.
- Complete all double checks.
- Double-check entries.
- Double-check reservation folder and fax machine before leaving to ensure all rides have been entered.
- Complete Customer Service Surveys weekly (goals as delegated by management).
- Fill in for team members as needed.
- Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist drivers in locating difficult addresses, utilizing maps and knowledge of the city.
- Maintain Paperless Culture.
Requirements:
- 2 years of account management experience
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Working knowledge of Google docs
- Typing speed of 40 WPM
- Proficient computer skills
- Team player
- Dependable and reliable
- Quick learner
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
