RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
- Have needs based sales conversations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends
- Participate in training and developing
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Property & Casualty license and Life and Health License-must be able to obtain
- Ambitious and brings your best everyday
- Positive attitude and contributes to the culture of the office
- Wants to take on leadership opportunities and has a desire to learn
- Able to be coached and receive feedback
Salary : $41,560 - $68,775
