Job Title: Lumber Stacker – Hardwood Sawmill

Job Summary:
We are hiring a dependable Lumber Stacker to support our hardwood sawmill operations. This hands-on position involves sorting and stacking lumber by length, grade, and species in a fast-paced production environment. Overtime and bonus opportunities are available.
Responsibilities:
- Sort and stack hardwood lumber by length, grade, and species
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe lumber stacking areas
- Follow all safety rules and company procedures
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals
- Perform other duties as assigned
Pay & Schedule:
- Starting pay: $12.00 per hour
- Bonus pay available (weekly bonus program)
- Plenty of overtime available

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for extended periods
- Ability to work in a hot, cold, dusty, and noisy industrial environment
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required
- Must be able to work safely around heavy equipment and machinery
Qualifications:
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Ability to perform physical labor in a production environment
- Previous sawmill or lumber experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $12.00 - $13.50 per hour
