Job Summary
Clean dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment, pots, pans or utensils.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
- Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
- Stock supplies such as utensils in serving stations, cupboards and bars.
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks.
- Clean, sweep/ mop all food and beverage areas.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Language Skills
Ability to read a limited number of two-and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences. Reasoning Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
