About the Role
MEK Review is seeking a dedicated and experienced Enrollment and Administrative Manager to support This role combines administrative leadership, customer service, and sales, with a clear path to full-time employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist families, manage inquiries, and schedule appointments
- Oversee front-desk operations and visitor flow
- Maintain and update appointment calendars with accuracy
- Collaborate with families to develop study plans and follow up on questions
- Communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proven customer service or sales experience preferred
- Fluency in Korean or Chinese is a plus
- Must be available Tues–Fri (1:00–8:30 PM) and Sat (9:00 AM–5:00 PM); summer hours are Mon–Fri (9:00 AM–5:00 PM)
