What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teller position at MembersFirst CT Federal Credit Union?
Provide account services to customers by receiving deposits and loan payments, cashing checks, cash withdrawals, issuing and recording bank checks and money orders and recording and processing night drop and mail transactions.
Receive and record visa payments and administer cash advances.
Contribute to daily tasks of opening and closing the branch.
Balancing cash and check drawer daily.
Comply and follow Bank Secrecy Act regulations.
Answer telephone inquiries and requests.
Order copies of checks for members.
Cross sell Credit Union products and services.
Completing required monthly training assignments and/or webinars.
Comply and follow Bank Secrecy Act regulations.
Prior cash handling experience.
Spanish speaking a plus
