About You:
As a Production Assistant (PA), you've provided support from film, television, theatre, or commercial production. You've handled a wide range of tasks, from administrative duties and running errands to assisting with set preparation, equipment management, and communication between departments. They play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient production process.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Handle paperwork, manage production accounts and expenses, track inventory, and assist with various administrative tasks.
On-Set Support:
Assist with set preparation, including moving equipment, managing background actors, escorting actors, and maintaining the set.
Communication and Coordination:
Act as a bridge between different departments, relaying information, distributing call sheets, and ensuring smooth communication.
Errand Running and Task Completion:
Responsible for completing a wide range of tasks as needed, including running errands, handling deliveries, and assisting with catering.
Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:
Identify and address issues that arise during filming, communicating with the relevant crew members to ensure a smooth workflow.
