Education Requirements:
• Required: Associate's Degree in Accounting, Health Administration, Finance,
Business Administration, or a related field
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Health Administration, Finance,
Business Administration, or related field
License or Certification Requirements:
• Preferred: Certification
• Certification through the Healthcare Financial Management Association
(HFMA), American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA),
or other similar industry organizations
Experience Requirements:
Required: 2 years of experience with an Associate's Degree, at least five years of
revenue cycle, healthcare, or other financial management experience is required.
