The essential job responsibilities of the Troubleshooter position are to restore and maintain electric service, construct and maintain streetlights, and adhere to strict safety regulations.
Qualification Requirements:
To perform the Troubleshooter role, you must:
- Have a valid driver's Class A Commercial driver's license from state of residence
- Have successfully completed approved Lineman Apprenticeship Program or equivalent experience and training
- Successfully complete Placement/Performance Exercises
Physical Working Conditions:
Exposed to weather and traffic conditions. Subject to storm or emergency work and the normal hazards of construction work.
Climbs poles and works from bucket platform handling low to high voltages; other physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, medium lifting/carrying, stooping and must distinguish color. Shift work required.
