Mending Minds Counseling is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, skilled Master's Level Mental Health Clinician/Therapist.

Mending Minds Counseling is a small group practice providing Mental Health Services primarily to adults, couples, families, and those suffering with addiction/alcoholism in Maine & NH. We pride ourselves on being widely available due to the acceptance of multiple insurance programs, including most major carriers. If you enjoy working as part of a collaborative and supportive team, acquire 1 to 1 and group supervision, and are looking to develop and grow professionally by gaining a multi-disciplinary clinical approach (CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Reality Therapy, etc) then Mending Minds Counseling is the place for you. Our team is currently looking for Master’s level Therapists to provide outpatient and tele-health therapy services when necessary, including assessment, diagnosis and treatment off a wide range of mental health issues.

The position is for a fee-for-service position and is considered a Contract Employment position. We provide an extremely flexible working schedule with a minimum of 20 billable client hours a week. Hours of operation can be filled from 7am to 7pm at your convenience. There are No Health Benefits or Retirement options available. 1 week of paid vacation is provided. Salaried pay for the first 3 months until reaching 24 billable client hours.

Qualifications Skills

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling or related field required.
  • Must hold one of the following licenses or equivalent: LCMHC, LCISW, MLADC, or LMFT.
  • Professional Development Assistance provided.
  • All candidates must pass a background check.
