Description:
The Referral Coordinator is responsible for making patient referral appointments, obtaining necessary authorizations for the appointments, and tracking that the appointments were kept and consultation or other documentation is received by the Clinic. Obtain necessary authorizations from private insurance and worker compensation insurance companies
Requirements:
1. High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
2. Medical office experience preferred
3. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and memos
4. Excellent oral and legible written communication skills
5. Bilingual (Spanish) skills preferred
6. Proficient data entry skills
