As an Office Assistant at Menehune Water Company, you will be at the forefront of our customer service efforts, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support.

You will play a key role in addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information to our valued customers.

  • Responsibilities : *
  • Customer Engagement : * Build and maintain positive relationships with our customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Order Processing : * Efficiently process customer orders, schedule deliveries, and coordinate delivery routes to ensure timely service.
  • Problem Resolution : * Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge : * Develop a strong understanding of our product offerings and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  • Billing and Invoicing : * Assist with billing inquiries, payment processing, and invoice reconciliation.
  • Record Keeping : * Maintain accurate and organized customer records and documentation.
  • Team Collaboration : * Collaborate with colleagues in various departments to ensure seamless operations and a unified customer service approach.
  • Quality Assurance : * Uphold our high standards of service quality and professionalism.
  • Requirements : *
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
