Job Summary
The Inside Sale Administrator is responsible for overseeing and driving the client contract renewal process to maintain and grow annual recurring revenue (ARR). This role is essential to client retention and revenue growth and involves coordinating accurate quotes with vendors, partnering with internal teams to develop renewal strategies, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client IT needs.
You’ll serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction, managing timelines, and tracking interactions in the CRM system. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of the K–12 IT landscape, including funding cycles such as E-Rate, and the ability to offer consultative support to school districts.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end renewal process for client contracts to ensure timely, successful outcomes and ARR growth
- Intake quote requests and work with manufacturers and distributors to ensure accurate pricing
- Partner with sales and customer success teams to build renewal strategies that meet client needs and budget constraints
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on evolving client IT needs (e.g., cybersecurity, cloud, device management)
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams
- Maintain accurate client data in the CRM system, including contract terms, renewal dates, and interaction history
- Monitor client satisfaction and service usage to reduce churn and strengthen long-term relationships
- Stay current on K–12 education trends, IT challenges, and funding cycles to provide informed, consultative guidance
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in tools, processes, and best practices to enhance renewal effectiveness
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Required Skills and Abilities
- 2 years of experience in inside sales, renewals, account management, or customer success, preferably in IT services or EdTech
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding revenue and retention goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with K–12 stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated, collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Knowledge of K–12 IT needs such as network infrastructure, cybersecurity, or device management
- Understanding of school district funding and budgeting processes (e.g., E-Rate)
Physical Requirements
- Extended viewing of computer screen.
- Sitting for extended periods of time.
- Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise and temperature changes.

- Bachelor's degree in business, education, technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
