Evitalin is a collective of specialized companies focused on streamlining consumer access to healthcare education and medication. While most online platforms are nothing more than a fancy algorithm, we run a careful balance of people and tech, bringing patients personal health assistants, timely articles, live events, and partnerships with providers in their area.
Who We Need:
We are looking for a systems oriented, high-energy controller to join our growing corporate team in Largo FL. The Evitalin Controller will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial statements for two unique companies.
The ideal candidate will have strong accounting and workflow management skills, extensive experience using Excel and QuickBooks, and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with management to provide critical financial insights and support the company's growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, cash flow management and revenue reconciliation.
- Preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly financial statements
- Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis to senior management
- Assist in strategic planning by providing financial insights and recommendations.
- Manage and mentor the finance team, including junior accountant and payroll/benefits manager
- Oversee payroll and benefit submission to third party service
- Preparation and reconciliation of intercompany transactions
- Reconciliation of partner capital accounts on a quarterly basis
- Preparation of entity tax information required by tax accountant
Skills:
- Well disciplined with proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
- Hands-on management style that effectively communicates direction and documents policies and procedures
- Highly adept at the implementation or integration of accounting systems. Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online. Experience transitioning from QuickBooks desktop to QuickBooks online a plus.

Salary: $70,000-$75,000 - Can be negotiable based on experience.
