This full-time role is based on Hawaii Island, preferably in Hilo or Kona, and we’re looking for a leader who already calls this beautiful island home.
Clinical Supervisor Job Description:
- Lead treatment team meetings and develop care plans for at-risk consumers.
- Provide expert clinical supervision to case management and residential staff.
- Ensure documentation and services meet contract and accreditation standards.
- Support staff in managing high-risk cases and implementing effective interventions.
- Deliver impactful training to empower and grow your team.
Clinical Supervisor Requirements:
- Licensed in Hawaii as a psychologist, APRN, social worker, LMFT, or LMHC.
- At least 2 years of experience in human services, with a preference for supervisory experience.
- A collaborative, flexible leader committed to supporting adults with mental illness.
- Must currently reside on Hawaii Island.
