Description
Assists the CEO and senior managers, including board activities, volunteerism, and special events planning, to create and maintain favorable public image for the non-profit organization by performing the following duties.
Requirements
Full Time, 40 hours per week, in office, non-exempt position
Minimum of four (4) years experience in an office setting and working with upper management
Bilingual, Spanish-speaking individuals are strongly encouraged to apply
Hourly rate of $16.50

- Coordinating daily calendars of senior managers
- Planning appointments and events
- Assist in the distribution of agency-wide communications
- Acting as the conduit of information between executives and employees
- Answers and routes phone calls, mail, and e-mail messages
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintaining files, and records and corresponded for monthly board meetings
- Prepare information and research for executive needs
- Take accurate minutes of meetings as needed
- Carries out the agency’s mission.
- Maintain HIPAA and client confidentiality at all times.
- Regular and consistent office attendance for the assigned work schedule is essential.
Marginal Duties:
- Performs other duties as assigned.
