Must Haves
1. Food industry experience (non negotiable).
2. Operations focused innovation project management background
o Experience in supply chain development, factory engineering, or machinery related innovation delivery.
3. Commercialization process knowledge
o Understand packaging changes, formula changes, feasibility constraints, machinery timelines.
4. Agile project management experience (emphasis)
o 1–2 years running agile ceremonies and managing projects through sprints.
o Comfortable facilitating sprint events and creating review materials.
5. Self-driven, proactive working style
o Able to identify stakeholders, processes, and solutions independently.
6. Strong communication & relationship building skills
o Must navigate between technical and non technical teams, translating needs in both directions.
