YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE :
- Coordinating and managing activities across ACST IT as it pertains to the execution of a wide range of IT deliverables
- High level understanding of different areas of IT including infrastructure, applications, networking, and security
- Managing multiple technology projects of small and medium size, from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders
- Leading a cross functional team located at multiple sites to achieve project requirements
- Facilitating meetings with project team and stakeholders to gather requirements and conducting working sessions
- Creating scope statements, roadmaps, logs and registers, WBS, and necessary project artifacts
- Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines and milestones.
- Monitoring project progress, tracking deliverables, and identifying risks to project budget, timeline, and outcomes.
- Implementing project communication plans, providing status updates to teams, stakeholders and leadership. Preparing project status reports and project dashboards.

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
