As a Marketing Production Intern, you will support our customer-facing marketing team in producing marketing materials including writing and quality-assuring copy (QA), creating wireframes and mockups, and developing presentation slides. Bring your creativity and attention to detail. Ideally available through the remainder of the year. Up to 20 hours a week working with the Customer Activation Member Marketing team.

Copywriting:
As a Marketing Production Intern, you will support our customer-facing marketing team in producing marketing materials including writing and quality-assuring copy (QA), creating wireframes and mockups, and developing presentation slides. Bring your creativity and attention to detail. Ideally available through the remainder of the year. Up to 20 hours a week working with the Customer Activation Member Marketing team.
Responsibilities
Copywriting:
- Assist in writing copy for various customer and member-facing material, including digital and print collateral
- Review and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Review creative assets such as images, videos, and graphics
- Collaborate with the Creative team to ensure assets align with project goals, target audience, and brand standards
- Create wireframes and mockups to share with the Creative team for various marketing assets
- Collaborate with the team to refine and finalize designs based on feedback and project requirements
- Develop visually appealing and informative slides for presentations
- Assist in organizing and preparing materials for internal and customer presentations
- Assist with producing marketing materials, including sourcing images, coordinating with different team members, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and projects
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with Sketch or Figma is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a proactive and positive attitude
