We are seeking an Outpatient Therapist to join our team at our program in Philadelphia County/Mt. Airy, Colmar, PA 19119.
Earn $35/hour per session non-licensed / $38/hour licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
HYBRID WORK IS AVAILABLE - Fee For Service
Position Details
The therapist is a primary member of an outpatient treatment team in the clinic based behavioral health program for Merakey of Philadelphia. Essential responsibilities include the delivery of individual therapy services (telehealth and in-person) and coordination of care under the leadership of the Outpatient Director. Promotes the active engagement of clients in treatment wherein individuals can learn to live well with their mental health diagnosis.
Merakey Mental Health Outpatient (MHOP) offers:
- A bonus system that allows therapists to earn up to an additional $300 per month

- Evidence Based Practice Training/Certifications for eligible therapists for:
- Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)
- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE)
- Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT)

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field of Human Services, including but not limited to Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Sociology, or Human Development.
