We are seeking a Foster Care Case Manager to join our team at our program in Dauphin County, PA.
Earn $19.38/hour.
Position Details
This position is responsible for monitoring the placement, treatment and activities related to foster care assigned caseload and foster parents. This role may work with both Host Home and Foster Care Plus Youth. This role coaches/counsels' individuals/families within their caseload and provides crisis intervention.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required preferred in social work, sociology or psychology.
- 1-3 years' experience working with children.
- Valid Driver's license and use of personal automobile is required.
