Earn $19.35/hour or $21.35/hour with the selection of Enhanced Pay, plus mileage reimbursement
Position Details
Schedule: 8 am-4 pm, Monday-Friday, plus on call for caseload
The Intensive Case Manager informs and supports families and significant others of adult mental health consumers in Cumberland and Perry Counties. Their goal is to help facilitate access to essential services, improve quality of life, and help them achieve self-sufficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide home and community-based case management services for adult mental health consumers.
- Complete all required reports, paperwork, correspondence, and clinical record documentation in accordance with State, County, and the Stevens Center policies and regulations and supervisor direction.
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and continuing education activities to further develop skills.

Requirements:The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social Work, or related field.
- Must have valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation during working hours.
- One year of experience working with adults in public or private human services is preferred.
