Position Details
The Intensive Case Manager for Adults provides information and support to families and significant others of adult consumers. They completes all required reports, paperwork, correspondence, and clinical record documentation in accordance with State, County, and the Stevens Center policies and regulations and supervisor direction. The Intensive Case Manager participates in regular clinical supervision and continuing education activities to further develop professional skills in mental health case management.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or related field.
- One year of experience working with adults in public or private human services is preferred.
- Must have valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation during working hours
