Focus will be on projects related to Amazon Connect. The Business Systems Analyst participates in the analysis of business requirements, documents system workflows and use cases and identifies opportunities for process improvements and recommendations. Prepares materials in advance of meetings (e.g., design sessions, testing sessions), facilitates meetings and documents meeting minutes. Responsibilities Serve as a Business Systems Analyst across projects. Participate in the analysis of business requirements. Document system workflows and use cases. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommendations. Develop functional design documents and align with technical design documents. Outline high level application testing. Preparation of materials in advance of meetings (e.g., design sessions, testing sessions), facilitates meetings and documents meeting minutes. Maintains knowledge of business functionality and technical platforms as the business climate and technology platforms evolve Performs procedural duties within standardized practices, where applicable. Complies with and supports all corporate, department and security policies and procedures. Performs other related duties as required or requested Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 5 years of experience Requires experience working with Jira and Confluence Knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines. Must be well organized, detail oriented, able to multi-task, and reliable Must have effective written and verbal communications skills. Strong computer/software skills (Microsoft Office) Delivers high quality deliverables on time. Clear and concise communication with coworkers. Needs tactical guidance of work and deliverables.
