At MDH Network, we support adult Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, medical conditions, and/or behavioral challenges that reside in our adult residential facilities (“homes”) located in Southern California. Job Overview
The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support to the residential management team: the vice president of operations (“VPO”), the quality assurance director (“QA director”), and the regional directors of operations (“ops directors”). This position is responsible for managing the office, key projects, coordination, schedules, deadlines, documentation, and communications. The coordinator initiates and assumes primary responsibility for administrative activities, projects, and programs that enhance the overall effectiveness of the organization.
This position cultivates key business partnerships at all levels of the organization that are collaborative and acts as the point of contact between the management team and employees, clients, regulatory agencies, and outside stakeholders.
The person in this role has best-in-class administrative and customer service skills, is proactive, extremely organized, possesses a high work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
Candidate Qualifications:
- An associate degree in related disciplines such as management or business, or three (3) to five (5) years of administrative support or administrative assistance experience
- Ability to read, write and speak English is required. Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office, Office Suite, and other related information systems and applications
- Proven ability to manage office work processes

Pay Range: $19.00 per hour to $23.50 per hour depending on experience.
