JOB SUMMARY
The primary requirement of this job is for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full-service branch office, including operations, lending, product sales, customer service and security and safety in accordance with the Bank's objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop new deposit and loan business.
Provide superior level of customer relations.
Promote the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation.
Achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationships.
Provide leadership, training and supervision.
Delegate day to day operations to branch personnel.
Branch Scheduling
Responsible for attaining established bank and branch goals.
Participates in community affairs to increase the Bank's visibility and to enhance new and existing business opportunities.
Promote business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services.
Establish appointments with applicants to discuss loan terms and conditions.
Obtain complete loan applications and documentation from prospective borrowers.
Provide customers with information and explain the different types of loans and credit options available.
Determine suitable products or services that will meet the customer's needs.
Assist and support customers in obtaining consumer and mortgage loans.

EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
Bachelor’s Degree – preferred.
5 years banking experience (lending experience – preferred)
