Description
The Technical Product Manager position will work directly with leaders and stakeholders of the Merchants Capital Production team to implement, support and mature Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and any complimentary software and data solutions. You will partner with business and technology leaders to establish and maintain a strategic roadmap with a clear value proposition and established success metrics in alignment with organizational goals. You will complete initial analysis and lead internal and external teams through the refinement process to create a detailed, prioritized, and executable backlog for your teams to deliver.

A successful Product Manager will define, implement, and support strategic software and data solutions that deliver business results. They will also educate and champion software delivery and application management best practices within the organization and assist in the continuous effort to mature the company’s technical capabilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities…
- Define the Merchants Capital Production Technology Roadmap in partnership with business leaders to ensure alignment of business and technology strategic objectives
- Lead definition of opportunity/value statements, business requirements, success criteria, current state process, high-level future state design, and impact analysis for all new strategic business requests
- Guide and support Product Owners’ translation of the roadmap and initial analysis into prioritized, refined backlog for implementation by internal and vendor development teams
- Set strategy and approach for product team(s) to support complex backlog mix including:
- Strategic business goals
- Technical maturity
- Support, scale and continuous improvement of existing solutions
- Regulatory and unplanned business needs
- Establish strong partnerships with business unit leaders to understand business model, strategy, product, process, and goals to ensure alignment of technology solutions.
- Manage and coach Product Owners and Business Systems Analysts
- Govern solutions delivered by the teams follow Project Delivery Best Practices
- Collaborate with Enterprise Data and Salesforce Architecture to ensure well architected solutions
What we are looking for...
- Bachelor’s degree AND 10 years’ experience leading complex software implementations across multiple business teams in a Product/Program Manager capacity or equivalent.
- 5 years’ experience with Salesforce CRM, Sales, or Financial Services Cloud
- Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills required.
- Experience operating and executing within delivery frameworks (Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
- Multifamily or Commercial Real Estate industry experience preferred.
