The Role

In this newly created role reporting directly to the CEO, spearheading external direct sales initiatives with industrial and construction product manufacturers across the dynamic Texas State. With your exceptional sales acumen, you'll forge enduring relationships and cultivate a robust customer base that serves as the foundation for your team's growth.

Once your customer portfolio is firmly established, you'll have the opportunity to recruit and build a high-performing team, taking the reins as the leader and driving force behind this pivotal business segment. The Person

  • You will be autonomous, managing your own diary, with a proven track record in a similar role, such as Area Sales Manager, Territory Sales Executive, Business Development Manager, Field Sales Engineer etc.
  • Experience selling into industrial and construction/ building product manufacturers.
  • Strong motivation and drive for high earnings
  • Ambitious – our client wants to see the crème de la crème
  • You could have sold industrial packaging, tapes, tools, cable ties, and consumables.

Salary : $145,000 - $170,000
