Overview:
Supervises and coordinates activities of the clinical staff to include responsibility to supervise operations and address medical assistant practice issues. Conducts or arranges speaker for monthly clinical staff meetings. Maintains medical supply inventory for practice. Maintains vaccine inventory for practice and monitors the proper storage of vaccine and documentation of such. Compiles procedure manual for new staff. Keeps training material for all clinical staff up to date. Assists practice manager with OSHA/CLIA training and compliance. Assists practice manager with implementation of 'LEAN' practices. Assists manager with staff scheduling. Assumes other supervisory duties as delegated by practice manager.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Active LPN license in our state. Candidates is personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Experience: 2 years of experience.
