Serves as an educator for clinical nurse orientation, competency programs, in-service education, continuing education, academic partnerships, career development, and role transition at the Unit level for Mercy coworkers.
Responsibilities
- Supports orientation and competency programs
- Develops and implements educational materials and curricula
- Collaborates with colleagues to enhance patient care
- Provides feedback and coaching to clinical nurses
- Assists with career development and role transition initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required
- Preferred experience: 2 years teaching experience
- BSN/Bachelors Degree in Nursing or enrolled within 6 months of hire
- Current state license if required in discipline
- AHA BLS provider certification
Salary : $98,024 - $124,932
