Overview:
The Billing Representative II position is responsible for:
- Daily electronic submission of claims, paper claims, and the resolution of failed claims on a daily basis
- Training of the Billing Representative I on system functionality and basic billing procedures
- Accurately and efficiently work a high volume of claim transactions across all lines of service
- Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 year prior revenue, CycleHealthcare billing, and insurance Certification
- Required Education: HS Degree or Equivalent
- Required skills: Basic Microsoft Excel and Word, Communication and Customer Service
